Once your package has been received, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
If using gift card along with a credit card; please note that if returning an item, the credit will first be applied to the credit card and the balance on the gift card.
The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
International customers may return merchandise by any traceable method at their own expense. We recommend using UPS who will provide a tracking number to ensure your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
Gifted items are only eligible for store credit. (Required: new with tags, with a proof of purchase or gift receipt).
